STUDENT MINISTRY

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

We have a vibrant and exciting youth ministry here at SLBC for students in the 6th-12th grades. We know our teens like to have fun and hang out, but we also know that they can grow incredibly when they are challenged by God's Word. We strive to provide a fellowship and community where students are encouraged to embrace and live out their faith alongside their peers.

DISCIPLESHIP WEEKEND   MARCH 14- 16
Discipleship weekend is just around the corner. Discipleship Weekend is a chance for students to worship God, grow in their relationship with Christ, have a lot of fun and quality time with friends, have youth leaders invest in them.

Our Theme for this year is Never Alone
You ever feel like you don’t fit in? Not included? Like you’ve been left out or uninvited? You’re not the only one who’s felt that way. Everyone goes through moments or seasons of loneliness. Those feelings are part of the consequences sin left on humanity. But Christ conquered sin and its consequences. He lovingly invites us into his family and promises we don’t have to face anything alone ever again. He reminds us in Joshua 1:9, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Thanks to the Lord, we are never alone.

Students will not want to miss this amazing weekend of fun, worship and teaching.

Cost is $60
